I have been exposed to various departments of the hotel which gave me good understanding of the five star hotel business, the five star hotel business focuses mainly on guest, I learned the importance of customers in business. I was given daily tasks in order to enhance my knowledge with hands on experiences.

In this internship I focused on the Environmental business, with particular emphasis on the waste management sector. Asia for environmental solutions converts the rubbish of the city into clean energy product called RDF that is used in factories instead of HFO which is considered more environmental friendly energy. I was introduced to several key department of the operations including but not limited to finance, management, operations etc.
