Zachary Smith

My work on the factory floor has led to me gaining several important and helpful skills, it has made me a reliable and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic. Working as a team with so many other people has made me a skilled team player and effective at communication. Learning so many different skills and roles has fashioned me into a quick learner, with an adaptable skill set, which are needed to keep up with the several changes to the rules and health and safety procedures. I also committed myself to learning first aid, after noticing that there were very few first aiders in the surrounding area, so that I could be more helpful towards the betterment of my department.
