We specialise in marketing luxurious properties across England, Scotland and Wales. My Job as a Property Adviser is varied. I conduct Appraisals for my owners helping them gain a holiday let mortgage. From there I advise on how to maximise profit from the property depending on the clients budget and how many rooms the property has to offer. My duties are to discuss the most desirable features and interior design ideas of which are dependant on the style/ period of the property. This is extremely varied as the properties on my portfolio range from beautiful modern beachside apartments to gorgeous 14 bed room farm houses. As the properties vary so much we use different marketing strategies and depending on what the property has to offer will depend on the platform we place it on. We have 350 different platforms the property could be on meaning the exposure is phenomenal.
