Working as Business Development Manager my role has mainly been based around expanding the resin & screed division of Veatu Flooring, this included estimating and wining resin/screed projects and overseeing them as a project manager.

  • Working closely with main contractor, design team, architect and manufacturer helping to improve specifications, ensuring the tight schedule is being met, providing solutions.
  • Procurement of materials including logistics of secure site deliveries, arranging materials distribution.
  • Preparing monthly Applications including negotiating variations and extras as required.
  • Maintain project safety compliance and establish health and safety procedures. Produce RAMS and COSHH information.
