As a Project Manager with PwC, I lead strategic initiatives for a major transport agency, delivering operational improvements and stakeholder focused outcomes in a complex, regulated environment. I am responsible for end-to-end project delivery, from initial scoping and resource planning through implementation and post delivery evaluation. I began my career at Cornmarket Insurance Services where I quickly demonstrated success in achieving targets, cultivating strong customer relationships, upholding strict compliance protocols and leadership. This led to a series of promotions progressing steadily to team leader (2010), then Department Head (2010), followed by New Schemes Manager (2014) and ultimately Affinity Manager (2017). Throughout this time, I led high performing teams, overseeing KIPS, fostering a coaching culture and collaboration.

Additionally, I onboarded and successfully launched new insurance products and delivered training programs to support upskilling and compliance. I maintained strong customer relationships while working within regulatory protocols across business functions, conducting assurance activities and compliance checks to ensure team adherence. These experiences have cultivated a detail orientated, project-focused mindset.
