• A focus on parental involvement and developing parents' confidence to help with literacy skills was a personal commitment.

• Taught Reception class throughout my time here and totally reorganised the learning areas including Outdoor Play.
• Established a team ethic in the department of 7 classes including a SERF unit which supported children with Speech and Language needs.
• Oversaw the building of a new dining/ Hall and corridor to join KS1 to KS2.
• Liaised with a variety of support agencies and contributed to social services case conferences in Child Protection cases.
