· The Designated Safeguarding Officer and take the lead on safeguarding arrangements for the Trafford College Group including responsibilities in respect of the Prevent Duty
· Leading all aspects of an excellent student experience and provision of welfare linked to the student journey across the Trafford College Group.
· Strategic leadership of timely and appropriate student support for all types of provision including Additional Learning Support and safeguarding services.
· To develop and foster relationships with partners and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of outstanding student support, student engagement and employability skills leading to very high rates of retention, achievement, and progression.
· Participate as a member of Trafford College Group Leadership Team and contribute to the overall management and development of the Group.
· Development of the Group’s local offer and curriculum plan for students with additional support needs including, but not limited to, those with EHCP, Looked After Children, students with mental health support and High Needs.

· Created and led an international provision from scratch. I utilised marketing strategies and overseas travel to generate business.
· Line managed the direct reports as well as liaising with all other senior and middle managers to ensure a robust, quality provision. Responsibility to successfully and effectively manage staff and stake holders as well as inspire and motivate others to get involved in the college and community.
· Work with other managers to recruit and support international business. Create new programmes alongside the curriculum teams to ensue all students benefit both locally and from overseas, enabling a sharing of diverse cultures
