• On-set assistance：
• Monitor the shooting progress to ensure that the daily footage aligns with the production schedule, and promptly document any necessary adjustments
• Accompany the director throughout the shoot, and prepare essential materials in advance, including the script, storyboard, and shooting notes

Setting up shoots, shooter including organisation of the talent, locations, keeping shoot to time. assisting in directing.

• Set Construction & Decoration: Arrange the scene according to the art requirements, including background boards, lighting brackets, props, etc.
  
  Catering: Provide regular meals and drinking water for the crew to meet the dietary needs of different personnel.

• Equipment Dismantling and Return: Involves the systematic disassembly and return of photography, lighting, sound, and other technical equipment.
• Venue Restoration: Ensures the filming location is returned to its original condition, maintaining cleanliness and order—especially important when using rented spaces.
• Site Cleaning: Thorough cleaning of the set to leave the environment neat and organized.
• Prop Recovery and Storage: Involves categorizing and storing props, costumes, and set pieces properly for future reuse or archival purposes.

• Installation of Background Boards and Props: Set up stage backdrops and necessary props in accordance with the visual design plan.
• Front-of-House Preparation: Assist audience entry and help establish the desired atmosphere for the performance.
• Backstage Coordination: Manage timely prop changes, cue performers for their entrances, and monitor real-time control of lighting and sound systems.
• Equipment Dismantling and Recovery: Carefully disassemble and return sound equipment, stage scenery, and lighting systems to their designated storage.
• Venue Cleanup: Ensure the performance space is thoroughly cleaned and restored to its original condition.
