Carried out voluntary work at Brayfox smith ltd to obtain Property experience for 2 weeks

This included, using websites in order to find profitable properties in retail and residential within certain area. Once completed we would go to the specific property with the highest NIA yield and inspect this property for further purchase. If the property was up to standard we would contact private investors if interested. Within 2 business days an investor will make contact with Bray Fox Smith to inspect the property themselves, being an employee at brayfox smith I would provide information about the property to the investors from my previous visit. Once the viewing is completed we would wait upon the investor's decision.

Eid Event organizer.

• Collaborated with the event team to plan and organize the annual Eid event at the mosque
• Assisted in coordinating logistics, including venue setup, decorations and audio visual equipment
• Helped with the event promotion through social media, flyers. and community outreach.
• Provided support to the event coordinator and other volunteers as needed.

At Tydus Real Estate I would visit properties mainly located in the West End, meeting up with clients and providing intel about the given property allowing myself to transfer this information to certain private investors. Furthermore I would have to research these properties using websites like Costar to understand the background of the property to be able to recite this information to the clients in hope to carry out the sale.

At Cushman and Wakefield we would visit properties assessing the value of the property by seeing how high the ceiling is or seeing how much natural light enters the property as well as it's location to railways and the city itself. In addition I interviewed property owners regarding condition and depreciation level of reported assets. In the office we would draft reports to illustrate appraised values and corresponding data in areas like Carnaby Street and Fulham Broadway.
