Yusra Rahman Ali

I'm a 16 year old currently studying full-time, and I’m looking for a part-time job to gain some work experience. I am a full time sixth-form student. I’m energetic and eager to learn. I have adept communication skills and can stay organized. I enjoy solving problems, and I’m skilled at balancing multiple tasks and have a strong work ethic.

Even though I don’t have any formal work experience yet, however i can confidently say that I am a dependable and dedicated team player. I’m excited to take on new challenges, and I'm always ready to help out my teammates. I’m really driven to provide great service and do my best in everything I take on. I am an enthusiastic student, prepared as well as eager to further develop my skills and knowledge. I am confident that I would make a valuable contribution to any team!

Volunteering in school

I volunteered to assist with the new year 7s during the holidays,for a week, to gain some experience, as I have none. It was an exciting and enjoyable experience, however short-lived as it lasted only for a week. It was encouraging knowing we could help the new students feel and be more at ease because they have people to speak to if they need. For that week, the things we did included;

• Working together with the teachers to meet the needs of the students, where my teamwork was shown.
• Assisting with any tasks at hand, ie, support with teaching.
• Worked with the students, where my leadership and communication skills were demonstrated.
• Worked with some more people to aid the teachers and students.
