- Acted as the bridge between technical and business stakeholders, aligning project objectives with business goals and data security standards.
- Secured C-Suite buy-in for a complete rebuild of STAGE, an internal proprietary ETL platform, consisting of 20+ in-house products, used by 300+ analysts across 10 offices. Leading transition to a new tech stack to handle 27.5M daily data imports (+31% YoY), generating 700GB daily ( +55% YoY).
- Delivered GDPR compliance by re-engineering core systems, including scanning 6,000+ tables for historical PII.
- Coordinated major migrations, such as migrating 4,000+ scheduled queries from Presto to Athena, achieving a 70% reduction in data processing costs.
- Developing API endpoints, balancing version updates and adding latest features.
Product Management & Prioritisation
- Managed the product backlog to balance maintenance, client projects, and business-critical products & upgrades.
- Owned agency’s product roadmap, incl. idea generation, planning and user story mapping - across Paid, Social, SEO, Display, Programmatic and corresponding platforms.
Led internal product rebuild with user-driven features:
- Alerts: a system for custom scheduled SQL queries and 50+ templates covering best practice and performance.
- Forge: Full rebuild of a proprietary Product Feed management platform.
- Connections: A secure way to store and access manage API credentials.
Led product delivery incl. building prototypes and product betas for client projects:
- User-Based Content Generator for New Look to boost user engagement.
- Social Listening Tool for Virgin Holidays using TalkWalker API.
