Working in teams of 2-8 people, carry out passenger service duties for both arrival and departure flight handling. 

Providing excellent customer service while preparing documents and working at boarding gate for arrival and departure flights.

Responsibilities

• To provide passenger reception and check-in services to our passengers.
• To provide check-in service at Terminal, Hong Kong or Kowloon Airport Express Station, and Skypier.
• To answer passenger enquiries at Airline's Service Desk.
• To provide gate arrival and departure services.
• Perform queue management at check-in counter, boarding gate and transfer desk.
• To assist passenger at Self Check-in Kiosk and Self Bag Drop Counter.
