• Manage a property portfolio valued at approximately £40 million, covering residential assets
• Handle sales and lettings transactions from valuation and marketing through to negotiation and completion
• Conduct property viewings, qualify applicants and buyers, and manage offers to achieve the best outcome for clients
• Oversee tenancy management, including move-ins, renewals, rent reviews, and exit processes
• Manage rent collection, arrears follow-up, and service charge administration to ensure strong cashflow performance
• Provide landlord and investor advisory services on pricing, asset performance, and market trends
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments, liaising with contractors and ensuring compliance
• Prepare marketing materials and property listings, maximizing exposure across platforms and driving enquiries
• Maintain strong tenant and landlord relationships, ensuring high retention and customer satisfaction
