  • Successfully prepared for the AAT External Verifier remote review with a positive outcome, there were no paperwork quality queries or follow up actions
  • Conference committee chair 2021 of the annual accountants' conference for the UK district of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), my role involved project managing a team of thirty members across various sub- committees
  • Of significance was that this was the first virtual conference held by the district and it was successfully delivered, I worked closely with team members as well as the developers of a bespoke conference app, to seamlessly manage the customer experience for all participants, the app managed the conference registration, the conference platform login, conference materials such as the magazine, conference speakers' profiles and presentations and certificates of participation
  • The event was attended by over 150 UK and International participants
  • Chair of the SME project for Junior Chamber International (Nigeria chapter) able to raise international donor funds to support the project
  • Used project management skills to create and develop the annual accountancy career day for AAT students at the college, this provided the opportunity for the students to gain a working insight into the skills required as an accountant
