Yedim Limbu

As Head Boarder, I represent and help lead a boarding community of approximately 176 students across different year groups and cultural backgrounds. I organise meetings, social events and activities that bring students from Year 7 to Year 13 together, promoting an inclusive and supportive community. Working alongside the Head Boy and Head Girl as part of the Heads of School, I contribute to pupil voice and represent students in meetings with the Principal and safeguarding team, raising student concerns and advocating for positive changes across the school. This role has strengthened my leadership, communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills while allowing me to make a meaningful impact on both the boarding community and the wider school.

• Tracked marketing ROI using data analytics tools, guiding budget allocation and strategy formulation.
• Utilised data analytics tools to measure promotional campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies to enhance results.
• Facilitated training sessions on data analytics tools and techniques for junior analysts.

• Completed virtual work experience with RICS through Springpod, gaining insights into Quantity Surveying and surveying industry.
• Explored role of Chartered Surveyors and career pathways while developing problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills relevant to the profession.
• Developed detailed project plans to align with specific requirements and resource availability. according to unique needs and available personnel.

• Gained insight into data collection, management, and analysis processes within major financial organisation during two-day virtual work experience with Lloyds Bank.
