The placement allowed me to see how engineers solve problems and work together as a team to complete tasks efficiently. I improved my communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills by interacting with both engineers and office staff in a professional environment.
Gained confidence and a practical understanding of how maths, science, and design apply in engineering careers, enhancing my interest in the field and providing valuable experience for future college, apprenticeship, or job applications.
