
Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer with a background in Biomedical Science and over six years of training experience. Passionate about helping women build strength, confidence and a positive relationship with exercise and the gym through supportive and motivating coaching environments. Excited to coach individuals in both 1-1 and group training settings, helping members build long term consistency with training while developing my own client base within a supportive studio environment.
My own fitness journey began with losing weight and progressed into endurance and strength training, including completing four marathons and HYROX competitions. Experiencing the transformative physical and mental impact of exercise drives my commitment to helping other women build confidence and take ownership of their health.
Alongside this, I work in a private medical clinic specialising in women’s hormone health, supporting patients through consultations, blood testing and lifestyle guidance relating to menopause, PCOS and hormonal imbalances. This experience has strengthened my ability to communicate complex health information clearly while building trust with individuals discussing sensitive wellbeing concerns.
Through my own training and professional experience, I take an individualised approach to coaching, recognising that every person’s goals, confidence levels and lifestyle are different. I thrive in supportive and motivating environments and create the same atmosphere for clients, helping them feel encouraged, capable and proud of their progress. My training background in endurance sport, CrossFit style training and HYROX also gives me a strong appreciation for the energy of group training environments, where I enjoy motivating others and contributing to the positive atmosphere that helps members perform at their best.
