• Working with a team of medical students to undertake a Quality Improvement (QI) project on antibiotic stewardship and its role in the clinical environment, which then became a published abstract and was presented at the British Society for Antimicrobial Chemotherapy (BSAC) Conference in May 2025. Developing organisational skills, as well as using specialist QI tools to analyse current Hospital protocols to allow us to improve specific areas for more effective healthcare practices. I also

• Working with a Medical Student body to organise the South West Undergraduate Paediatrics Conference 2025 alongside other medical students and professionals. I also:
• Executed tasks given by healthcare professionals effectively leading to smooth workflow.
• Contributed to team meetings, providing relevant insights from front desk activities.

• Working within a community to create awareness regarding different cultures and the religion of Hinduism, whilst welcoming all to organised festivals and celebrations. Using my time management, organisational and social skills through this role.

• Communicating and working with children to effectively teach and guide them through all stages of Mathematics and English work. Teaching students of all ages meticulously and incultivating a large amount of patience.

Volunteering at a Hospice where I developed care-related skills, and a deeper understanding of Palliative care needs. Alongside this, understanding how these patients are to be treated and how their care is to be optimised was essential.

I assisted medical professionals with patient care for improved health outcomes. I also worked under stressful situations whilst maintaining professionalism and calmness at all times.
