Highly motivated MBChB graduate, with full GMC registration, ALS certification and successfully passed MRCP Part 1. I am committed to developing myself in the art of diagnosing complex conditions and providing excellent patient care. I have a positive attitude to challenging situations and one of my favourite places to work is on the medical take.
I have stepped up on neumerous occasions to cover resus alone at night where there is no senior cover, while knowing my limitations and seeking advice if the presentation is ambiguous or the patient is too unwell.
I am a hard working member and a team player with a proven track record, maintaining good relations with my consultants, junior colleagues, as well as the broader MDT.
Looking after my physical and mental health is an important part of the job so I spend a lot of my free time in the gym or cooking nutricious meals to help destress and relax. Fortunately, my passion for internal medicine keeps me motivated and eager to learn and tackle on challenging patients, and I honestly can't recall having a bad day on a busy on-call shift.
