Administrative assistant
During my work experience, I assisted the quantity surveyor by comparing building plans. I reviewed and identified differences between two sets of blueprints to ensure design accuracy, and aid in construction estimates. Some additional responsibilities I had were sending documents via email to colleagues, printing materials as needed, and organising and sorting folders to help keep project files in order. This experience taught me the importance of attention to detail, communication, and organisation in a professional setting. It also strengthened my practical skills, such as teamwork and adaptability.
