•Assisting in the production of working drawing packages mainly residential housing and
apartment blocks for several house building clients, including the production of house
type working drawing packages, construction details and site layouts.
•Working as part of the technical team and assisting project lead and other team members
to achieve completion of projects on time and within budget.
•Ensuring all drawings comply with Building Regulations and NHBC or equivalent
Standards (as required by the client – M4(1), M4(2), M4(3), NDSS) and to be in line with approved planning
drawings, Client requirements and buildability.
•Attending site visits and meetings as required including office team meetings, training sessions on Revit and other relevant training, as well as CPD seminars.
