BACP Registered Integrative Counsellor, working towards accreditation with 3.5 years and 2000 + post-qualification counselling hours. Bringing wisdom, integrity and lived experience into my practice, enables me to build rapport and work effectively with young people and adults from diverse backgrounds. Personal and professional experience has given me great insight into Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE's), Attachment, Addiction and Trauma-Informed Practice. In addition, my work with children, young people and adults in various roles contribute to my overall aim.
