I am an experienced and dedicated secondary school teacher with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to engage and inspire learners. I have a strong background in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and supporting more able and talented (MAT) pupils. For the past two years, I have successfully led the MAT programme at my school, working closely with the Seren Network and further education colleges to provide high-quality enrichment activities and raise aspirations. I hold a BSc in Agriculture and Business Studies from Aberystwyth University, and I’ve also taken on community leadership roles, such as secretary of a local agricultural show and active involvement with CFFI.
