Objective: To advance intelligent task delegation by integrating large language models (LLMs) with constraint optimisation, improving CV parsing for skill extraction and task matching, and ultimately enabling scalable and reliable human-AI collaboration.

Methodology and Approach:

• Designed a simulation pipeline to extract structured skill triplets (e.g., "worked at", "studied at") from CVs using LLM-based entity and relation extraction.
• Built a custom knowledge graph and ontology schema aligned with task allocation needs.
• Applied optimisation models to assign tasks from extracted skill profiles while addressing ambiguity and missing data.
• Validated approaches using synthetic and open-source datasets to assess scalability and reliability.

Key Contributions:

• Implemented LangChain-based agents for document parsing and skill extraction with OpenAI APIs.
• Engineered a knowledge graph and ontology schema to represent entities and relationships from unstructured CVs.
