Work history

Intern in Small Animal Studies

Small Animal Teaching Hospital
University of Liverpool
2026.02 - Current

I am currently undertaking a rotational internship at a Small Animal Teaching Hospital, working across a range of departments including internal medicine, emergency and critical care, anaesthesia, diagnostic imaging, and surgery, among others. My responsibilities include clinical examinations, diagnostic investigations, treatment planning, anaesthesia monitoring, and management of hospitalised patients. I am also involved in teaching and supervising veterinary students during their clinical rotations, supporting their practical skills development and clinical reasoning. This role is allowing me to further develop my clinical skills, decision-making, and confidence in managing both routine and complex cases in a referral hospital environment.

Veterinary Surgeon

Gdynia Veterinary Clinic
Gdynia
2021.09 - 2026.01

I worked in the internal medicine department, with growing responsibilities in anaesthesia and emergency care. My responsibilities included diagnostics, treatment planning, and patient management. I assisted in surgical procedures and responded to emergency cases, with a particular focus on critical patients requiring close monitoring and advanced anaesthetic support. I found great satisfaction in managing challenging medical conditions and contributing to team-based decision making in urgent care situations.
