Scope of Responsibilities:

• Multi-Line Operation: Leading Bread Line 2 and providing flexible cover for Bread Line 1 and Flow Wrap Lines 1 & 2, ensuring smooth production flow across the site.
• Technical Compliance: Taking full ownership of Metal Detection (CCP) and Coding & Packing Procedures, ensuring 100% adherence to food safety and labelling regulations.
• Digital Documentation: Accurately managing production data and orders using the M3 MO system, maintaining high-quality records for internal and external audits (e.g., M&S, Waitrose).
• Allergen & Hygiene Control: Strictly following gluten-free production protocols and leading "clean-as-you-go" activities to maintain a safe, audit-ready environment.
• Team Collaboration: Providing ASH cover and sharing technical knowledge with colleagues to ensure the site meets its daily production plans.

Key Achievements :

• Increased Operational Flexibility: By becoming proficient in four different production lines (Bread & Flow Wrap), I reduced the team's dependency on specific staff and minimized downtime during shift changes.
• Flawless Quality Record: Maintained a 100% accuracy rate in Metal Detection and M3 documentation, which directly contributed to the site passing quality audits with zero non-conformances in my area.
