At Hair Diary Co., Ltd., where I oversaw inventories and improved customer service, I honed my operational and team leadership abilities with a results-oriented approach. I had the opportunity to hone my worldwide supply chain management skills at Human Hair Golden Land Group Co., Ltd. With my multilingual skills and reputation for quick learning and productive teamwork, I work well in hectic, dynamic work settings. In addition, I have knowledge in both management and economics because I study business management and economics.
I helped with different operational and managerial activities as an intern at father's wig company. The duties involve collaborating with the manager and team leader to oversee the employees, monitoring compliance with company guidelines and keeping an eye on the quality of the products, assisting the import of raw materials from nations like Bangladesh, Uzbekistan, and India and many more and also helping in the export of completed goods to markets in Vietnam and China. In this position, I was able to have practical expertise in the production and commercial development facets of global supply chains.
During a year-long assistant at mom's store, Hair Diary, a retail wig store, I was in charge of managing stock replenishment and inventory levels, supervising sales staff and ensuring effective customer service, interacting with customers in-person and online to provide product information and support, and reviewing and analyzing weekly sales earnings to track store performance. I was able to improve operational, team-building, and customer service skills in a retail setting because of this experience.
