Knowledge of health and safety procedures were key for ensuring a secure environment for our regular customers. I achieved this by carrying out my daily duties, assisting customers with personal requests and working collaboratively with my colleagues.
As a dedicated team member working within a group of lifeguards, my role was to ensure pool supervision, delivering first aid and when necessary carrying out rescues.
