  • Responsible for all elements of marketing automation: I create and maintain a variety of email marketing nurturing processes which ensure our leads are receiving relevant information depending on where they are in our marketing pipeline. By optimising the nurturing process, I create specific paths that qualify leads depending on actions undertaken either on our website, emails, online ads or hosted events. I leverage Account Based Marketing looking into variables such as Industries, Job Function & other Demographics etc to grade as well as score leads. I continue to maintain and manage all digital campaigns.
  • Responsible for lead generation to grow our existing database: I am involved with a variety of online strategies that are focused on lead generation including email campaigns, education eBooks, product videos and constantly using multiple social media feeds to generate a consistent number of new leads. Tracking and reporting of the performance of email campaigns against targets.
  • Responsible for CRM Database Management, data integrity and data cleaning: I spearhead CRM initiatives such as segmentation and targeting strategy to maximise traffic, conversion, and retention, also identify opportunities for the development of new and enhanced CRM capabilities.
  • Supporting all regional opportunities inside the CRM pipeline: I champion CRM within the organisation and providing support and training and troubleshoot issues when necessary. We have a moderate sales team of over 60 users operating across EMEA, APAC, USA, LATAM & CANADA, I work collaboratively with these regional and local Commerce leaders around the world to drive CRM awareness and ensure pipeline data accuracy and provide constant support to the regions regularly helping maintain the sales opportunity pipeline.
  • CRM Analytics: Senior leadership requires a number of live dashboards that link directly to salesforce data. I produce pipeline, analytical and KPI reports as well as these dashboards that feed into these stakeholders.
  • Responsibility for the ongoing design and maintenance of the website: Largely involved in enhancing our websites look, functionality, and appearance. Working closely with the design, web, SEO and content teams.
  • Conduct advanced market and competitive analysis: Highlighting opportunities and trends of which we use in our Whitepapers, eBooks and SEO strategies. Exploring and enhancing new technologies: Regularly looking into new technologies and ways of working that could further benefit the business in an effort to enhance project delivery and yield competitive advantage.
  • Regular reporting and presenting to key stakeholders: I have regular meetings with senior leadership on a bi-monthly basis, also in attendance at leadership summits contributing to company strategy and vision.
  • Hosted Webinars: Organized and host regular webinars as well as developing webinar content, including presentations, multimedia elements, and interactive features, also managed webinar logistics, including scheduling, promotion, and technical setup, to ensure it all runs seamlessly.
  • Video Content: Produced a wide range of video content using tools such as Lumen5, including promotional videos, social media ads, and educational tutorials.

  • Envisioned and designed the new company website: I created the initial wire frame after consulting with department heads to develop a site that clearly communicated Sun Strategy's core messages and differentiators. I then commissioned a web agency to follow through with the site layout and maintenance. I continue to maintain and update the company website, intranet site and internal marketing pages.
  • Fully accountable for social media presence: I adapted UK and US offerings resulting in significant increase in engagement and traffic and new leads through utilising advertisements and sponsored content.
  • Created and maintained an E-marketing platform: I built templates for different types of email blasts. These included general company news, product/service focus (sales/promotion based), educational, blog and industry analysis.

I also heavily involve myself in creating content for these resources, writing copy with a design, to effectively reach customers in our appropriate target markets to promote our services.

  • Helping manage customer expectations: I contribute to problem solving initiatives on behalf of our clients through working closely with our Help Desk department to maintain a happy relationship with our customers.
  • Lead Nuruturing: I was responsible for nurturing leads, setting up automations for each product segment, drip feeding relevant content. I closely monitored the level of engagement, and I passed leads to the relevant sales personnel.
