  • I believe I am a suitable candidate for the position of Assistant Manager within Ryobi. I have developed a broad range of desirable/essential key skills over a number of years across a wide range of roles within the company. I am committed to this company Ryobi in relation to both my day to day time keeping and also having the flexibility to work longer hours when required and outside of my normal working hours in order for problems to be resolved.
  • I have the experience to work in a high pressure environment, I also believe I am adaptable in relation to solving complex problems in order to find solutions to time sensitive issues when maintaining a results focus for customer services whilst maintaining quality products which can be time sensitive.
  • I believe I have very good communication skills in dealing with both my peers and managers. This has been demonstrated while taking morning/afternoon meetings with both supervisors and managers. This entailed highlighting machine faults/casting defects/die repairs. These meetings were conveyed in a timely and efficient manner. A repair plan would be considered and implemented in order to minimise any disruption or downtime to the machines. I would also need to follow up on any problems throughout the shift which would entail communicating with other departments.
