I was responsible for unloading stock from trucks using a pump truck in a team environment to strict deadlines. I was trusted to complete tasks and goals with picking/packing goods.

• Simply IT is a third party company that supports other businesses but mainly schools
• I have been training to be a network engineer for a year but looking to pursue my career in other aspects of life
• I am keen and passionate about what I do and I play an important part of the team
• Received customer calls on the Helpdesk ensuring the satisfaction putting customers first making sure I resolve their issues meeting deadlines
• I also took tickets regarding customers queries and finding solutions for every incident that needed fixing and making sure I go the extra mile.

• I scan products and calculate how many are on the pallet so the products can be stored into the warehouse
• For this I needed good communication and Maths skills
• I also drive fork lift trucks that store products into the warehouse for this I needed good concentration, communication and team work
• I am passionate and a keen hard worker
• I am a key role in my warehouse that makes sure the products are stored safely and distributed correctly.
