I have extensive experience within the property sector, working for a number of years in the residential sector and now working for a European, retail asset manager. I have recently obtained an MSc in Real Estate Finance and Investment with a view to obtaining my RICS chartership in 2026. My long term ambition is to obtain both a RICS chartership and a CFA Investment Management Certificate.

I enjoy reading historical, political and philosophical works, and particularly enjoy works on the Middle East, Russia, espionage and the cold war. I am also interested in include climate change, world politics and artificial intelligence technology. I casually invest with a stocks and shares ISA, and keep an excel portfolio tracker complete utilising several measures to determine profitability.
