Developers such as Taylor Wimpey, David Wilson Homes, Redrow Homes, Barratt Homes, Bellway Homes, Persimmon Homes and 100's more.

Working independently using hand and power tools while abiding by Health and Safety Regulations.

Understanding Health & Safety regulations to navigate safely on construction sites

Excelling in problem solving and achieving solutions in a timely and non costly way for the client.

Extremely proficient in waste management. Always using materials effectively to save on cost to the customer as well as the environment

Liaising with the design team to iron out details before commencing the project

Introducing myself directly with the customer to explain the process of the project

Talking about any concerns they may have regarding the project like start/finish times, materials, storage and noise etc

Suggesting ideas and solutions to improve the installation they may not have thought about. Leaving the project in a timely and tidy manner at the end of each day.

Liaising with other trades persons I employ and recommend to maintain the flow of the installation until completion for customer peace of mind

Offering my services to enhance the project with my wall tiling, painting ,flooring skills. As well as all other Carpentry ideas they may have for their home

Being creative in my spare time has been a blessing for my mental and physical health. I love to work with different materials and see what comes of it. Family and friends have said I should show off my work. In the back of my mind for many years the prop world has fascinated me. The world of films, T.V and theatre stimulate my imagination not with the plot and actors in the foreground. I would love to be a part of the background where the magic happens
