I joined Dachser as an apprentice in July 2018 made permanent a full time employee in October 2019, I am the first and only apprentice in this department within Dachser.

From being trained and gaining knowledge of my initial role, I have expanded my role to take on shift leader unofficially in the obscene of an appointed person.

I have grown into a position where I take full responsibility for all actions on the shift and provide direction and knowledge of all processes both to peers and senior management.

Due to my knowledge of processes and willingness to help, train and improve others, I was selected to be the official trainer within my department following my attendance at Dachser's training course in Cologne in March 2023
