Similar to my role at C in C retail friendly service was essential to my job responsibilities, while offering in depth detail to dishes that were on offer at the establishment. As a long serving member of staff my responsibilities were vast, from training new members of staff, running the pass in the kitchen in the absence of my manager as well as cashing up at the end of the working day. This job role also often required me to work alone during the week as a trusted employee.

My role at C in C retail required me to provide quality customer service to shoppers, providing information on products while being incredibly friendly. My responsibilities expanded beyond just customer service as I was required to accurately check stock levels and date checking products, as well as cashing up at the end of the work day.
