Accomplishments

Won, designed and project managed the following:

A Dutch Financial Services company: A major Sales Development Programme as part of their Business Transformation initiative which involved marrying the needs of sales leaders from multiple jurisdictions and selling in the need for change. Successfully adapting the programme from a face-to-face to a Live Online virtual environment due to lockdown restrictions.
A 4000-strong Event Management company: A Coaching Programme for the most senior executives to boost Agility and Engagement. Coaching was tailored to each board member according to their needs, working patterns and area of responsibility.
Multiple fast-growing tech and pharmaceutical support services companies: Sales training programmes for non-salespeople to encourage those with technical expertise to fully participate in the sales process despite a reluctance to do so. Creating an environment of Psychological Safety by working with the various leaders to support technical staff as they made the transition into acquiring and using their new skills.
A major facilities management and pest control company: A story-telling programme to allow data specialists to sell new ideas into operational managers in order to boost productivity, efficiency and control costs as part of their Business Transformation drive.
A major logistics company: A sales development programme to encourage co-operation and cross selling across their five sales divisions focusing on Cultural Competency and Social Intelligence, breaking down working silos and creating stronger working relationships. This resulted in a £1.8m increase in revenue over the first 12 months following the delivery of the programme.
A major steel reprocessing plant: Instigating Business Transformation leadership projects to control costs with more than £1m of cost savings and a reduction of accidents in the first 3-months of the programme.
The third largest corporate and investment bank in the Eurozone: An international Recruitment Programme with delivery in multiple languages involving a complex decision-making unit encompassing HR professionals and line managers across EMEA. The programme focus of Attracting, Engaging and Retaining Talent resulted in substantial savings in recruitment costs and a lower staff turnover.
A civil engineering membership organization: The creation of a bespoke Performance Management System which included analysis, consultation, presentation, evaluation, creation and design of the new system for staff as well as training sessions for managers to ensure Engagement.
An international banking organization: A major bespoke Cultural Competency Client Service Programme for the back-office function. The programme achieved the two major objectives of assisting with the integration of two distinct working cultures to create a seamless client offering as well as improving service levels to the middle and front office.
A UK based global bank: A complete Crisis Management Centre Programme to HR and other support staff at the front line of the bank’s handling of any serious incident. The programme focused on the creating an environment of Psychological Safety when handling calls from staff and families and acting as the interface between the staff population and the bank’s crisis managers.
