Driven individual with varied experience in customer service backgrounds, in addition to archive and library work. Currently a volunteer at the Bluebell Railway in Sussex while seeking a career in the field of History.
· Created visual guides for students using software used by the Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) Department. These were presented to Managers, with positive feedback received.
· Filed customer order forms systematically within folders in cabinet, helping to develop a more effective filing system, allowing easier access and location of these records.
· Worked at the shop’s front desk, dealing with customer queries, purchases, deliveries and collections.
· Collaborated with staff in several areas during busy periods to maintain good service delivery and customer service levels.
· Volunteered at ‘Book Trail’, a summer reading event for children, an event that encouraged children to read in fun and engaging way. I helped children partaking find books to read, asked them questions about book and gave prizes accordingly.
