On behalf of Axis, assigned to Oil & Gas Clients as a client company representative, fulfilling roles as Well Operations Engineer, Wellsite Leader, Well Abandonment Supervisor.

• Responsible for all Well Abandonment & Intervention activities, including:
• Reinforcing health and safety working practices and promoting safe working culture.
• Reviewing Drilling Abandonment well Programmes in detail and advising the Drilling Superintendent of any deficiencies and potential improvements to programmes to optimise operations and reduce costs.
• Ensuring Drilling Programme, policies and instructions are efficiently directed and communicated to rig team.
• Creating work instructions, capturing lessons learned, accurately completing 24-hour daily reports on OpenWells reporting system.
• Holding pre-job meetings and toolbox talks, carrying out risk assessments, personnel, and equipment logistics.
• Leading morning calls to town and Offshore Head of Department meetings.
• Liaising with all department and service providers to the success of the wells.
• Working in Clients main offices responsible for onshore team, planning, and preparation.
• Preparing and completing Well Workover, Completion and Intervention Well Programs and Risk Assessments.
• Ensuring service providers provided equipment in a timely manner.
• Attending SITs, completing reports, witnessing equipment make-ups and load-outs.
• Attending and contributing to CWOPs, AWOPs, HAZID & HAZOPS.

• Started Halliburton as a Wireline assistant, working up to Supervisory level and then transferring to Completion Tool and working up to Completion Service Leader / Supervisor before transferring to an onshore role as Senior Technical Representative.
• Understood business objectives and adapted sales services to achieve KPIs.
• Prospected clients to increase new business leads and conversions.
• Utilised various sales techniques to develop relationships with customers and drive sales.
• Attended industry events to represent company activity and grow partner networks.
• Responsible for coordinating both sales and job site service delivery, providing technical support to customers on specific products and their applications.
• Responsible for coordinating Upper and Lower well completion systems, reviewing well programs, completing end of well reports, quoting and billing customers.
• Liaising with third party vendors to procure correct equipment required to meet customer’s requirements.
