  • Mountain biking, 2023-05-01, Mountain biking has allowed me to develop a range of valuable skills, both physically and mentally. I've gained strong problem-solving abilities by navigating challenging trails and adjusting my riding technique to overcome obstacles such as steep inclines, uneven terrain, technical descents and jumps. The sport has also enhanced my focus and concentration, as it requires constant awareness of my surroundings and quick decision-making to ensure safety and performance. Through regular riding, I've built resilience, physical endurance, and coordination, while also learning the importance of maintenance and care for my bike. Additionally, mountain biking has taught me how to stay calm under pressure, and persevere when faced with difficult conditions, further strengthening my ability to adapt and push through challenges.
  • Stoxkart racing, 2021-04-01, six years' experience preparing and maintaining stock racing karts for full-contact motorsport. Built and maintained karts to identical specifications, including engine dyno testing and chassis preparation, to ensure fair and consistent performance. Carried out pre- and post-race scrutineering to verify compliance with technical regulations, repaired race damage to competition standards, and ensured all karts met safety and rule book requirements before returning to the track.
  • Silver DofE award, 2024-03-01, 2024-09-30, After completing my bronze Duke of Edinburgh award I decided to do my Silver Duke of Edinburgh (DofE) award. During this I developed a range of valuable skills through various challenges and activities.
