  • 2 months in depth technical training in state of the art ideal boiler school learning how to repair boilers to give technical support to engineers over the phone whilst on site
  • Using GANTT to schedule routes for up to 70 engineers per day, taking into personal skill sets, logistics & severity of the call out.
