Cost Control: Monitoring project costs and providing regular cost reports to project stakeholders. Identifying cost-saving opportunities, evaluating variations, and recommending cost-effective solutions to ensure the project remains within budget.

Variation Management: Assessing and managing variations or changes to the project scope, including evaluating the impact on cost, schedule, and quality. Providing detailed reports and recommendations to the project team and clients.

Progress Monitoring: Collaborating with site engineers and project managers to monitor the progress of construction activities, comparing actual progress against planned schedules. Reporting any delays or deviations and proposing corrective actions.
