I am currently involved in the installation and commissioning of mechanical weighbridges. I am trained to calibrate and verify these machines. My main duties consist of calibration of machines at major concrete and tar manufacturing plants including block plants. I have completed in house training in verification of weighbridges and platform scales. Occasional projects place us around Scotland which includes overnight stays. Electrical and mechanical engineering skills are required as fault finding is one of the tasks, we face daily due to breakdown call outs.

My main objectives within this assignment consist of the building and assembly of nitrogen gas generators which were used in many different types of application. Following standard operating procedures and gaining masses of manufacturing experience daily. Manual dexterity and attention to detail are some of the skills which are put to the test in this specific environment. Achieving subassembly Ume deadlines and meeting efficiency targets are completed weekly.

As a Vehicle Assembler, I undertake manufacturing duties specified by the line manager while taking all precautions to maintain vehicles in a clean and tidy environment. Performing electrical faulting and harness routing on specific vehicles which require conversion to cater for the disabled community. Following standard operating procedures and skillfully using hand air tools are a daily task. Influencing health and safety measurements on an everyday basis and completing targets on time.

As a courier working specifically under the amazon brand, I deliver a wide variety of items, following concise route and time schedules. Each morning consists of preparing and inspecting delivery vehicles and loading for the day. I completed logs and reports required daily, all while applying impeccable customer service skills.

Connecting our customers to everything that matters to them. I perform installations of our products such as our market leading fibre broadband, TV and VOIP phone packages. Splicing HFC cabling, burying of cable and planning routing of cabling from cabinet to the customer premises. I also complete servicing of these products which include, fault finding using test instruments, diagnosing problems such as noise peaking on the cable or faulty installation materials. Helping educate customers with new products and taking the Ume out to demonstrate. Fully competent and always working on my own, using my own initiative and completing jobs within Ume slots given. Capable of managing my own workload and working under pressure to meet deadlines.

As a Customer Relationship Officer, my role consists of identifying the needs of customers and offering a tailored package to meet their needs, customer retention, building deep rapport with each customer, resolving challenging queries regarding install, deliveries, billing, and contracts, and achieving monthly targets such as resolve rate and revenue.

As a Customer Delivery Driver, my role was ensuring timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading, and unloading vans and providing exceptional customer service to our customer'. I take full ownership and accountability to get the job done and do so in the most efficient and considerate way possible.
