As Medical Director of a small but high-functioning Emergency Department, I provide strategic leadership, clinical oversight, and operational management to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered emergency/urgent care. I am responsible for supervising medical staff, implementing evidence-based protocols, and optimizing departmental workflows to improve patient outcomes and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and support staff in a 24/7 emergency care environment.
