I leveraged analytics tools such as Helium 10 and Seller AMP to assess performance metrics, including previous sales figures, seasonality, competitor history, regulatory requirements, and price stability, leading to data-driven purchases.
To this day, I am still managing supplier relationships through Alibaba. I have utilized supplier requirement analysis to ensure quality, reliability, and consistency, as well as to negotiate prices, minimum order quantities (MOQ), samples, and packaging customization. Two examples include hands-on sample and packaging testing to ensure product quality and safe shipping overseas.
I developed trusting relationships with vulnerable and confused residents at my care home by actively listening to their concerns and interests, creating a supportive environment, and offering compromises and care.
