  • Investigated, reported news and current affairs
  • Led teams to produce top-notch, award-winning programs: "Business Focus" aired weekly, "Time with the Captains" aired monthly, "Kaptured by Women" aired weekly, and "You and the Police" aired weekly
  • Initiated reportage on online learning challenges of visually impaired students in tertiary and senior high schools in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, which led to four students receiving laptops and phones to support their virtual learning
  • One of students received a full scholarship from Ghana's President, H.E Nana Akufo Addo
  • Through my reportage, World Vision Ghana and other Philanthropists provided furniture, teaching, and learning materials to several schools in vulnerable communities including Atampiisi M/A Primary School and Tongo Beo Primary School in the Upper East Region of Ghana
  • Though my reportage the Weija Presby Primary School was provided with water and washroom facility by the Ga South Municipal District Assembly while the Oborpah M/A Primary School had a six-unit classroom block, washrooms, and headmaster's office to support teaching and learning materials constructed in the school in the Greater Accra and the Eastern Region respectively

  • Since 2017, I have served as a consultant on national and private Menstrual Hygiene and Health Policy projects focused on ending period tax and poverty in Ghana
  • From 2021, I have moderated the National World Menstrual Hygiene Day events held in Ghana
  • In May 2022, I partnered with Cranfield University’s School of Management Sustainability Group to organize and co-moderate a webinar on” Sustainable Periods”
  • I was a panelist on Water Aid Ghana’s twitter spaces conversation on Menstruation
  • I was a speaker on a virtual conversation on the “Importance of Menstruation” organized by Awareness 360 a global youth-led organisation which has over 150,000 people benefitting from its projects
  • In April 2023, with support of the British High Commission in Ghana, my organisation has collaborated with Futurestars Charity a UK-Ghana education-through-sports charity and Trashy Bags Africa a Ghana- based commercial social enterprise to launch an initiative dubbed " Periods of Change"
  • I engaged the UK’s Foreign Secretary James Cleverly as part of his 2023 working visit to Ghana on projects run by Inspire to Rise

Additional Information

IMPACT:

· Founded the Inspire to Rise' Foundation in 2017. The non-profit organisation, since its inception, has empowered over 7000 youth to make informed choices and decisions towards their growth and personal development

· In partnership with Unilever Ghana and Sunda International, the Foundation has organized Menstrual Hygiene Fora to empower girls and educate boys on menstruation at the 50 schools across the country

· The Foundation has also partnered Plan International to organize a virtual conversation on Menstrual Hygiene Management with focus on females with disabilities and another on ending period stigma. All these virtual interventions reached close to 100,000 young people across the country
