Weiyi Ji

I majored in urban planning and have a solid academic foundation and rich experience in urban development projects. During my internship, I participated in the "Urban Diagnosis" project in Nanchang City, which sampled old and new residential communities to assess whether the communities met the complete community construction standards and whether they could provide a high-quality living environment. Specially evaluated infrastructure quality, including building quality, public space, green space and community healthcare. In addition, through school courses and self-study, I can be proficient in using software such as PS, AI, InDesign, Sketch Up and Arc GIS, and I am still learning other software.
On the other hand, I demonstrated leadership and teamwork through being a president and finance at Sheffield Dance Club, successfully planning and executing several cultural events to promote community engagement. There are reliable advantages in project management, stakeholder coordination and effective communication, and supported by a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
More deeply, I have a great interest in make city sustainable and hope to gain more experience in this area.
