
I am a passionate learner who has good customer service experience, as I have worked in many customer service roles and developed a number of skills. I have good communication, teamwork, critical thinking skills and a positive working attitude. I believe these skills are essential in the aviation industry.
It was here that I have learned how to deal with difficulty customers with a respective and formal attitude, as well as solving their enquiries effectively.
It was here that I learned how to fry chicken and make bubble tea. I have developed communication and problem solving skills, which would help me to adapt to the aviation industry as I am experienced in customer service.
I started working in this takeaway since I was 16 for a weekend part-time for the duration of July 2013 until August 2020.

I was given an opportunity to work at the court when I developed written communication skills and good face to face people skills. I also read documents, ensuring they are accurate, which also adds to my skill set.
