I have been extremely fortunate to have spent the past 8 years working for Wren. Even though I joined the company with many years experience as a Sales Manager, I have been given the opportunity to develop my skills and knowledge, which has been most rewarding. My duties include:


  • Managing the day to day running of the showroom to the highest of standards. Ensuring we are compliant with Health and Safety.
  • Business development. Growing trade customers, developer accounts and up-selling to retail customers. Guidance on telesales opportunities and call handling techniques.
  • Managing a team of 15 staff, driving performance with motivational strategies to exceed sales targets.
  • Recruiting, training and developing my team. Building confidence and helping them to achieve their goals and company expectations.
  • Analysing KPI's and recognising areas of improvement.
  • Working closely with marketing to develop showroom POS and input with advertising campaigns.
  • Creating action plans and presenting to stake holders.
  • Leading daily meetings. Setting out clear expectations and conducting a debrief at the and of the day.
