Engaged in a wide range of process operations including Laminating and Dry lay up on key technical components incorporated in the company’s critical EFA Typhoon and JSF projects. Currently deployed on manufacturing Activation of all prescribed Route Cards and Drawings ensuring strict compliance in all manufacturing processes and procedures.

Preparing and Mixing technical materials for personal jobs prescribed by the MPS and Job Traveler process.

Cutting fibre glass cloth (ply orientation) and measuring to the templates. Prepping up T1 and PVA for component release, ensuring appropriate ratio lay- up. Manufacturing wax moulds, wet layup, sanding, filing, sealing, trimming, drilling, reaming, observing, and monitoring appropriate quality control at each stage.g the plenum duct on JSF F35 (Joint Strike Force) initiative.

Knowledge and experience of a comprehensive range of aerospace process operations and a working capability of core engineering drawings.

Trained and skilled in Kaizen 5S process which is meticulously applied to all production stages at Brookhouse Areospace.

• Assisted in all aspects of fabrication and construction of emergency doors, duties include the general making of parts, fitting of parts, use of handtools, bandsaws and line bending machinery, work methodically, and worked to diagrams following instructions
• Worked off-site fault finding and rectification work
