In a converged approach to security, partnered closely with the Global Global Product Security IP & CP Lead.

• Serve as the representative for people-centric challenges within the Global Product Security team, building out and promoting / delivering of the company Security Culture.

• Worked proactively on risk mitigation measures supporting the employee lifecycle from recruiting and onboarding to training, outreach, and off-boarding.

• Collaborate with the XFN partners to develop and maintain maps of privilege and a role risk-based approach to managing insider risk.

• Support internal threat investigations end-to-end, including intake meetings, background research, investigative interviews, and debrief meetings with company leadership and stakeholders.

• Partner with cross functional teams to conduct prompt, thorough, and fair investigations providing clear, concise, and accurate reporting for administrative or legal partners.

• Established first African City & Guilds Close Protection qualifications from start to finish including training in excess of 300 local nationals to level 3 CP accreditation
• Developed and cultivated relationships with government officials and through their buy in and partnership was able to open first International Awarding Body accredited training school in South Sudans history overcoming Cultural and diversity issues to achieve a country first mixed tribe, educational centre.
• Delivered security operational briefings / training & risk mitigation strategies to NGO and Corporate companies throughout EMEA
• Designed and delivered Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) and presented current security intelligence and analysis briefings to thousands of multi nationals spanning several years.
• Provided physical security protection (Armed when required) and assisted with counter terrorist and anti poaching training
• HEAT SME on behalf of Frontier Risks Group
• Planned and implemented disaster management strategies such as evacuation plans and shelter management.
